Customer Executives are not resolving

Please let me inform you that the dish Tv customer care service is the worst i have ever experienced.

I (Vikash Soni, Cellphone: 09765617936) am subscriber of DishTV (VC number 01513893797). I was taken new DishTV connection on 20 july and paid Rs.1524/-. From last 2 days i am not getting the channels, error showing "signal not found". I had complaint 2 times in dish tv customer care. (complaint no. 64704489).

customer care executive want to take Rs.170 charge for visiting but my connection is 3 days old. They told me before new connection that your service is one year warranty period, no charge will be pay within one year. I called again and again but they are not listening my problem.
