Dear sir/ mam
my customer id is3005785866 i recharged my account on 18 th of july with an economy pack of rs 221 which was valid for 30 days.on 27th of july some eng channels were added without my request resulting in deduction of money from my acc and hence validity came up to 31st july only.i call upon customer care on same day and all the channels were removed with an answer that money will be returned to your account and you will gat the validity till 17th of july till date there is no progress of the complain even after contacting customer care several time still the validity is up to 31st july only.i have registered a complain and no is 10491656.
pls look into the matter seriously.
