Sir,
my set of box was operating normal a day before but suddenly it starts displaying a message that a new software is downloading when i call customar care to file a complain regarding this problem they suggest me their is technical problem and now its more than 18hrs and i have made 5 calls to customer care but proves to worthless now they are suggesting they will send engg to my home but i have to pay Rs100.but its not my fault its completely company fault why should i pay for their mistake.
