Sir/mam,

this is gopesh agarwal from kanpur.

i had taken airtel digital tv in a sceme with samsung LCD tv.every thing was good.

but in digital tv, i recharged with Rs.480 for 3 months before 1.5 months.

but it has been disconnected only in 1.5 months. when i talk to regarding person in airtel digital tv. then he said that you had to change your package first for renewal that time when you had recharged.

so, my complaint is that the information given to me was wrong and company sold me the wrong sceme.
