I am facing problem in my Set Top Box since 20th August. I have already logged a complaint on Customer care on 21st Aug11 (Complaint no - 11160615). These Airtel people do not have the curtsy to call also. Its 25th Today till 8.45 pm i do not have any update from Airtel that by when will this be resolved. I have faced this issue last month also& same service was given. Its a crap Set top box & the company is also the same Please take some action on Airtel as the service provided to customers is hopeless.
Today i have again logged a call to Airtel & they had no clue as to why the call has not been resolved yet. The customer care Person had nothing to say other than apologysing which they are best at as usual..Todays (Compliant no 11273793) which i got at 2.15 in afternoon. Till now there is no response yet.
