No responce from service engineers

Hi All,

First few months went with out any issues. Two days back while viewing, the connection got disconnected with a pop up window "no signal ". I called customer care to report the incident. Even after two days, I have not heard from them. I have 3-4 complaints registed for the same issue (2491260, 2483198, 2491246 are them)... I even had few instances where customer care executive keepng me in hold for 15 minutes and then disconnecting it.

Waiting for a call from ENGINEER (suggested by customer care). Air tel is not recommented as they give poor after sale support.

Yesteday night I again called customer care and I was surprised to hear from them that all my requests have been attended and issue is resolved sucessfully ... (MAY BE AIRTEL HAVE SOME AMAZING WAY OF RESOLVING THE ISSUE WITH OUT VISITING THE LOCATION).. After comunicating this information the customer care executive disconnected the call.

I again called them many times to get this issue escalated. How can they resolve an issue with out even attanding the case???

The most irritating among them was an execitive called Bala... he tried resolving the issue him self (that is what he told on phone) by keeping me on hold for 15 -20 minutes with out any answer (He him self disconnected the call at a later stage)... I again called them and asked for Bala... some one picked the call and I was shocked to hear that in his knowledge there is no one called Bala in that department...

After tring for few more times I got a chance to talk to a person from escalation team who introduced him self as Malinga Arjun. He was very polite and listened to what I had to say. He said that it was some kind of mistake from service department (some agent from my area) that the earlier requests were closed with out resolving the complaint . he reopened the case told me that saturday 2 PM is the max time it will take to resolve. He even convinced me that this will be taken care as he wil do the followup.

IT IS ALREADY 2.30 PM and no call from any one...

Let me try once again and see what is happening to my complaint. I am an IPL fan and I missed both semi finals because of the great service from AIR TEL... Today is the third day after which I raised the complaint... no responce from them till now...

I called customer care once again as I was supposed to get a resolution by 4 PM today and no one called up till now... The customer care executive directly passed the call to his senior... who introduced himself as lal.

He was also very much concerned about my issue... from him I learned that the new time limit (max) for resolving this issue is TOMORROW MORNING!!!

He even told me that I had made 26 calls in the past three days asking for an update on the resolution!!!

From him I learned that the max time AIRTEL take to resolve an issue is 48 hours... Even after 72 hours I am not hearing any thing from them other than apologies and new complaint numbers... I will wait till tomorrow morning... what else can I do???

Still no responce from service ENGINEER... 4 th day since I registered my complaint...
