I had purchased Hp Pavilion Dv4-1502Tu Notebook PC in Dec. As per company's offer I had send Rs 9000 dd for Videocon Wall-Mountable LCD TV. My claim status was approved on Dec 28. I was assured of gift of gift in 8 weeks. But as of now it has past due date by 2 months and the gift is not despatched. Every mail gets bounced back and customer care number always not reachable. Now I want to know the status of my gift. I have doubt, whether I get the gift or not.
