STARTING TOP UP WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONSENT

I am a customer of Airtel DTH since last Mar 09 (Cust ID 3000550568). From the initial period itself I tasted the bitterness of their customer service. What the channels shown in the brochure were not available which were actually provided. OK. leave it. The worst thing happened now is that they started subscription automatically for the channels which I was not asked for. I had asked for Worldspace channels in Sep 09 and they provided me that till Dec 09 when Worldspace stopped the service in Asia. But Airtel started subscription of MTV package from Dec 09 without my consent. I came to know this two days back only. When I asked the reason, they simply credited the amount cut for Feb 10 but not the amount cut for Jan 10. It is only a matter of a small amount, but they are cheating the customer and trying to take money from customer by hook or by crook. And they lie also that I had sent sms to activate the MTV package. I except once (for activation of Worldspace) never sent sms to airtel for such reason. I don't know how many are cheated by them and how much wealth they amassed through this.
