I have made a payment of Rs.400 towards the recharge of Dish TV renewal on 18th Feb thru netbanking. The complaint number is 34522832, VC num: 01504668896

The due date was 23rd Feb. I still get reminders that the payment is due for recharge. I have been following the Dish TV Customer care since 19th Feb and there is no proper response.

I mailed the DishTV CC even and sent the screen print of the payment made. They asked for a scaned copy of my statement of bank a/c. I even sent the scan copy of it. Inspite of following up thru mails and calls from 6 days, the issue is not yet resolved but i get calls that the connection will be disconnected and will be charged for the grace days and reconnection charges.

They always say that it will take 24hrs to resolve the issue, but its been 6 days since i raised this issue to them.
