Dear Sir/Madam,
We brought airtel DTH one and half year back as we used the airtel sims and service was good. But the service from customer care and technical support guys is so poor that we feel to shift to other vendors. From 3 (10 MAR) days we are unable to get signal even after paying for complete year subscription.
When we called customer care on 7 MAR to raise complaint he asked the problem and hanged the call without raising complaint and we had to call next day and repeat everything from beginning. They just say technical problem and will be resolved. Next day one person called when i am in office and said he will come at 1pm that day and i went from office to home taking half day off but nobody came and didnot even pick my call from that day till now.
Every time i call one person he gives me another person's cell number and nobody get back to me with solution. When i was in office the person who called said that for them 9 to 6 is working hours and if you want it to be resolved come home but they dont have respect to others time.
Sorry to say but people working in airtel customer care doesn't have basic knowledge of the product and issues with them and with technical support people customer doesn't have contact and result is problems never get solved.
The same issue we are facing trice in this one & half year. And our account is disabled from 6 months hence we couldn't watch any movies on demand for this we have complained "n" number of times but no use.
Its shame for established company respond this way. We have finally decided to return this box if it is not solved by 11 MAR and take help from consumer court if required.
