This has been worst customer service that one can ever imagin. I have an Airtel DTH connection from Noida. Recently, shifted to Chennai, a new request was raised for relocation with Request Reference number 4006266 (as provided by customer care). It has been more than 10 days since the request was raised and as if it was not enough, one fine day I received a message on my mobile saying your issue has been resolved and if it is unresoved, please call 9600008012. I tried calling this number which continuously comes switched off.
Today, I thought of calling the customer care again, the cusotmer care executives take my details and ask me to hold and after some time, phone gets disconnected. This happened to me four number of times!!!
The last time, I had the conversation with Airtel customer care executive, I have recored it on my phone suspecting they would make false promises. I can provide that any number of time.
If by any chance you are planning to take a new DTH connection think twice before going for Airtel. After all this I am planning for a new DTH connection, I would definitely not take Airtel, pathetic people!!!
