Airtel DTH is not working properly

Hi All,

This is Dwarakanatha Reddy, I have recently bought Airtel DTH and installed new connection, it was woking properly for about 10 days after it is not working. then I have contacted the person who has installed, he said that I will come and fix the problem. then there is no results. after i realised and called customer care 12150 about 7 times but still the problem not resolved. Kindly do needful on this.
