This is to remind you that despite several complains with customer care no.my problem is not solved. You may have received mail from
"laurel enterprises" vasai regarding this. It is now one month old complain & my problem is not yet resolved, my money on additonal connection is wasted. IF YOU CANNOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT& DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION.Before airtel i was having tatasky which was working fine, EVEN AIRTEL HD CONNECTION IS WORKING FINE ON MY PC. FURTHER DETAILS YOU CAN COLLECT FROM YOUR DIFFERENT ENGG.WHO HAVE VISITED MY PLACE DURING LAST MONTH, SINCE THE INSTALLATION.
THIS ABOVE COMPLAINT IS WRITTEN TO AIRTEL DTH, BUT WITH NO POSITIVE RESPONSE.MY DTH WAS INSALLED ON 7/2.PREVIOUSLY I HAD TATASKY, WHICH WAS WORKING FINE ON MY DESKTOP (HP MEDIACENTRE /HP PAVALION a1521 mediacentre pc). EVEN AIRTEL HD IS WORKING FINE ON MY PC.
