My Name is Kapil & my customer ID is 3002731472. I called Airtel on 17th March & asked them to reinstall the dish at my new location in Hyderabad since I shifted from Delhi. I was told it would be done on 24th but I insisted that its too late so the rep said it would be on 21sh of March.
On 23rd I called to ask since there was no repsonse, I was told that I had cancelled the request later. What the hell!! The rep was rude so I asked for supervisor & he disconnected my call.
I called back again & got a manager after 30 minutes of hold, who prmised me that he would take care of the concern & make sure installation happens on 24th. Today I called back and got to knw that it will now happen on 29th. I am sick and tired of calling back again & again. I am paying without getting the services & on top of that the customer service sucks. '
I have all the calls recorded with me. Please guide me on how to file a court case against Airtel.
