My name is Sangram Pradhan and I am from Kolkata. I purchased a Airtel DTH multiroom connection over phone on 28th March. The sales person gave me a trasaction id of 14258064 and told that it will be done within 72 hours and I can check the status of the same by calling to the toll free number 1800 102 8080. Let me tell you that it is one of the worst support number. You will have to try for atleast 10 times to get a chance to talk to the representative. I have tried the whole day yesterday without any success. No one has contacted me for the installation till date. Today morning I have called to them 3-4 times but it got disconnected in between and onone is calling me back. Is this the service level expected out of a big comany like Airtel? How will people trust them. I am really fade off with the support.
