Airtel DTH
I booked new connection No communication

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice, I have booked Airtel DTH connection on 28th March @ 4 PM and paid the money through Credit Card.

Transaction ID Number is : 14255031.

But till date no engineer or ececutive call me for installation. And I am extremaly disappointed to say that the customer care service has been pathetic. There is hardly any concern from call center people. I might have 10 calls, and everytime they will check and get back and they never call back.

At the time of booking the told me it will take MAX 48 HR now i called again to customer care they are saying they will visit my place before the 4th April.

I am sure if the call center service continues like this, no wonder if few years Airtel DTH will be worst performer.

I called to Nodal officer also say please hold the line then Disconnect the Phone.

I would like to know why the connection has not happened inspite of paying money. If connection cannot established by 30th-April. I booked to watch Bhart-Pak match they promised me the will do it.

Please work on this, else I will be forced to approach consumer court.
