Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Airtel DTH customer (Cust id – 3002861625)
I was holding one connection. Since 30th March my DTH service interrupted due to some technical problem (ERROR CODE B001).
I have informed the same by calling call centre .however; so many times line got disconnected by call centre executive... Few executive confirmed that engineer will visit my place soon every time provide me a new case ID (6558581, 6652380, 6682501)
After so many attempts, I was trying to put disconnection request through call centre.. However, they are not taking my request for disconnection..
Summary of problem:
Call centre lines are not working properly
Executives are disconnecting lines, if resolution is not available.
Executives are not able to respond to queries - Trained executives should be available for proper responses as promised before installation, As promised before installation, customer satisfaction is first priority. Now it’s became pain for us.
Please help us to get proper resolution for restore our service back or permanent disconnection.
