Unable to view new channels already paid fo

Airtel DTH service has been pathetic. First of all whenever I call the toll free number (12150), the call gets disconnected before connecting to the customer representative. They make you call the toll number

(080 - 44448080) and then only you are able to speak to the person. I had emailed Airtel reg this but I have not received any response.

Second i added the new channels CBS, FOX etc on saturday after asking the customer representative. But till today I am unable to watch those channels. That person did not tell me anything about the realignment and I have paid for the channels that I am unable to view. I have called the customer care (toll no.) many times and they are telling the representative will come today.

I've been an Airtel customer (4 mobile, landline, broadband) for over 5 years and I did not expect this kind of service. My customer ID is 3005796470.
