Hi my Airtel DTH customer id is 3007117370, my problem is that i have Mega Package in which there are few channels which I am unable to view, while querying the customer care they informed me that my dish needs realignment, on 21st of June they told me that the realignment will be done in 5 working day, now it is 4th of July and I am still waiting. I still wondering why Airtel Dth Customer Service so poor while they promise to deliver the best?
