My customer id is 3004592397. I have Airtel HD DTH connection. I am having a issue of 'No Signals' when i am using HDMI cable to connect STB to my LCD. This problem happens rondomly.

I raised a complaint dated 10-March. Comnplaint no 5808212. There was a tecnician who visited on 11th March as well as on 12th march. He told that the STB box is faulty and need to be replaced.

A new person came on 12th with a new STB but was not able to do the setting. Then a person Called Mr Sundar (Contact no 7829370292) who is supposed to be the manager, called and apolosised stating thet the tecnician is a trainee and dont know how to set up the box and that he would be sending another tecnician in 1 hr. This was on 12th march. I have tried to contact Mr. Sundar atleast 25 times. Every time i have been given a new time for engieener visit but no one have come down to replace STB.

I have been give numerous numbers to follow up. Some of them are

1) Mr Sundar #7829370292 (Everytime gives a new no to follow up)

2) Mr Anil #8971261459 (On vacation, out of station, busy with other cutomer etc)

3) Mr Basu #8105537021

4) Mr xxxx #7829371520

Every time i call i am given a new noumber to follow up.

On contacting Airtel customer care trhe old compalint is closed and a new complaint is registered with a promise to resolve within 24 hours but to no avail.
