I have recently bought a airtel hd-dth connection # 3008218435. Engineer from Airtel visited for an issue on non-reciept of certain channels and since then the quality of the picture had deteriorated substantially. I want to get the issue resolved permananently and want somebody from Airtel take this issue seriously. If not, I would request Airtel to refund my annual payment as well as the cost of the stb.
