I want to put forward the pathetic service that I am facing for installing the so called Airtel DTH [HD] service. On 17-02, I have called their customer care to fix the installation date on 19-02 for which I even recieved a confirmation SMS that it will be done at 1 PM, 19-02. I am having that message still.
On 19-02, at 1:30 PM when I did not get any call, I again talked to their customer care for which I was told that it will be done within next 2 hrs. Again no response till 3:30PM. So I called up again the customer care and this time I was told that I have not booked the appointment and hence I need to do it again. This kind of service is really not acceptable.
