I had a problem with DTH and NOT getting the Picture for the last 10 Days. I have complained in Customercare and asked their Engineer to come on Sunday. After three days of the complaint One person called up and asked for the details and said that he is attending on Sunday (16/5/10). But he did not come and till date the problem has not been resolved.
We have recharged the connection and the amount is being deducted without using the service.
Now I got a message that recharge to be done immediatley. The service is not there for the last 10 Days and it is not been resolved, How do we pay for recharge?
Pl do the needful.
