I have Airtel DTH at home and it has been a complete pain to have it. It has been one week since i recharged my account with Rs500 which no has Rs540 balance. Even then i am not able to view any channel, i have been calling customer service everyday (in total more than 20 times) but have not received any resolution. They keep raising false complains where the number that they provide to call back never works. I am extremely stressed and very tired of this treatment. I tried emailing them but havent received any respone on the email till date. Is there anyone who can look into the matter and get this sorted out...
