I have booked an airtel connection on 20th June, cancelled the connection because of installation problems. I applied for the refund on 27th of June. My service reference number is 9468287 which i got after i cancelled the connection. I was called by airtel agent, name Bharti (phone no.911204087658) for any problems regarding refund. When i called up the above person, my 1st call was attended she said she would call me and notify the status for the same. after 2 to 3 days i called up once again, she did not attended my call. Atleast 23 times i called her in 2hrs where all my call was attended but no response. She received the phone but didnt respond as my call was chargeble. I called up the airtel Customer care where every executive is busy forwarding my compliant and giving me time limit of 1hr, 2hr, even i talked to the superior, suprisingly he also needed 24hrs for this issue. Its beyond 78hrs, but there is no response from them, please help me out for the same. Also let me know where i can approach them legally. All my details are mentioned below.
