My consumer id is 3000916248. Have been trying to desperately contact ing customer care for past 2 days, but they always disconnect calls. My STB is hanging. I want a solution ASAP, else I shall have to resort to harsher methods of complaint. What are your complaint numbers for consumers, 12150 is terrible.
