I heard good about Airtel IPTV. But after a months use it generated some fault. I lodged a complaint with Airtel. I know this company is good for their customer service. This time it is not like that any more. It has been seven days but no one visited us. I paid 1700 for the set-top box and everyday when I call the customer care, they just say that someone will visit and rectify the problem.
I think the problem is inherent to the set-top box. I am not sure now whom to contact and I am not sure why Airtel behaves like this. I will be moving to the court now.
