We had started the communication since March as till now (September) you people still sending me the same language parroted by some old monk. For this small matter I hope you must take at least one-two year, why only 5 months. When you people wanted to sell the product, you take few days to do all the things and when its moment to service the clients after sales you take few months and when it requires to refund the money you people take unlimited time frame without any responsibilities.
I had communicated immense time by emails and telephone, infact 2 weeks back your people had confirmed on the refund money and cheque which has never reached to me. Do you think you people are responding accurately and taking care of clients? NO... NOT AT ALL..
This is my last warning to you people whether refund the money and face the consequences... Enough is Enough...
