Cheque Book Issuance Request Reminde

Dear Concern Manager, My Father has a saving account no-007010100026271 by name Sh Sudarshan Kumar. I have dropped a new cheque book issuance request slip in West Enclave ATM drop box on dated 09-Jan on behalf of my father which was duly signed by him. Till yet we have not received a cheque book. This is again remind you that kindly issue the cheque book and send it to Residential address.
