I am thankful for your vision and improvement in the field of customer satisfaction. I am sorry to inform you that inspite of my repeated chase up and reminder about my refund no action on my claim, which is pending since 3.6.08 almost more than two and half year.
I will highly grateful if you could kindly intervene in this matter because you are the only last hope for me. My humble request is to kindly intervene the matter and direct the concerned official to settle the claim within the stipulated time.
