HP Pavilion DV1211
HP: Poor product combined with poor service

My HP laptop needed repair three times in less than a years time. When I approached them to renew my warranty before 6 months of the expire of my warranty... they say NO. I can't understand where is the problem. As a student I dont think I will be able to manage to repair the laptop 3 times a year on my own cost.
