I had purchased a Belkin wireless router from Letsbuy.com which is the authorized reseller of Belkin products. After about 15 days of installation it started giving problems. It would not connect to the Internet. I called up the Belkin helpline. After about an hour of phone support I was told that they will replace the router and gave me an address from where I can get the router replaced. I called up the service center and was told that it would take at least one week to replace the router as it was not in stock. I called up the Belkin helpline but they refused to give me any solution for that. How can I wait for one week as all work is done on the Internet and all the employees in my office work through wireless Internet and for one week the work will suffer hugely.
