With respectfully it is submitted that I have a dolphin no. 9868920670 for last five years. My complaint is that in june I have subscribed CRBT on my number and in july month I have disconnected the service. But the cost of the service Rs. 25/- is added in monthly bill regularly till date.

You are hereby requested to do the needful immediately.
