I have purchased a faber chimney a few months back. The chimney is not worlink properly as oil is dripping from the very first day of the purchase. Repeated phone calls to the service centre has turn out in no response aand now the company is not ready to take any liability. Either the chimney should be repalced or the money should be refunded.
