Non-receipt of assured gift

I had bought IFB Elena DX model of Washing Machine from M/S Quick Cool, Sec-19, Rourkela in Oct'2010. There was offer of scratch card for an assured gift, I got an Electric Kettle on scratching the card & it was told that gift will be delivered within a month. But till date no developement. IFB representative at Rourkela Mr. Vijay (91-8908701373) is showing is helplessness, so is M/S Quick Cool, Mr Anis (91-9437103047).
