I was intimated on my mobile that my current bill is Rs 16281/- ..which is exorbitant...unbelievable and greatly hypothetical..I had already raised the complaint 131714..on OCT 2ND 10 and was told that the same would be addressed and resolved till 11th October.I came in the country on september 4th...I had been complaining from overseas that your engineer had disabled the wireless router password when
he changed the modem and my connnection was being stolen...Inspite of that I paid the bill of 1685/- so as not to have unnecessary hassles...and to have smooth transition of plan to unlimited...
Also, I had intimated and already been continuosly requesting Airtel since earlier month and from 4th September to change my bill plan to swift 1099 unlimited and put the password protection as I feared that my connection was being used by somebody else. Neither anybody called me or addressed the problem of the delay in the plan change..It was only after my call on Sept 17 evening that the same was confirmed to me...The first mail regarding the confirmation was sent to me on 20th Sept... Inspite of regular reminders and complaining it was delayed action that caused this situation..and I will take no responsibility of the same...I already suffered from delayed work projects due to to your delayed action and now you
are slapping this bill on me which I am not going to accept..STILL AS OF TODAY THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTION AND REPLY FROM AIRTEL but frequent calls for paying the bill.
