I am a resident of Amravati Enclave Chandimandir Panchkula. This colony is brought up by Amarnath Aggarwal Investments P Ltd (www.anagroup.co.in). I am really disappointed the way that these people treated us they promised us a different lifestyle but in actuals it is worst. The colony has small broken roads very few street lights. The promises made by promoters and actual ground reality are as follows...
WATER EDGE CLUB promised fully functional club with swimming pool squash courts Badminton and lawn Tennis Courts restaurant GYM but actually no space left for outdoor activities as the outer portion is being leased out to CHOWKI DHANI Resort.
MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL promise fully functional hospital with 24 hrs emergency but in real its just a polyclinic with no proffessional staff no Oxygen facality and only 1 Ambulance which is used for there personel activity.
Fully Functional School but it donot have qualified staff.
PARKS Only 4 parks for 5000 residents estimated. They are converting GREEN LANDS to Profit making buildings like Dharamshala, old age home. They are not planting any trees not maintaining roads but trying to extract huge amount of money from residents in the form of maintenance charges.
