Wrong information/false commitment

Dear sir,

i have shoked to read my statement, because nobody inform me these un neccessory charges like Add on Charges, joing charges, annual charges when i had applied the card.i will ready to pay my purchasing charges.i had met ur complant officer at mall road office ldh.but this guy misbehave to me.he had not solved my problem and he said to me this is the issue of recovery department. I am not satisfied your services.plz get back to your card. my card no is : 4718 6301 0074 5859 silver plus.
