I have purchased microwave model 20pa2s from next retail shop panipat wide bill no 2251 dated 5th january on 7/01 its pcb got some problem and the local servicecenter i.e karnal center unable to repair/replace.
i think the dealer has supplied the defected piece thats why even after 20 days and during three visits of your engineer from service center karnal could not replace/repair the defect of the microwave.
I therefore request you to replace the defective piece immediately as already three weaks has been lapsed and microwave is not in working condition.
Your immediate action to replace the defective piece will be appreciated, to avoid further course of action by me.
