Non-receipt of refund

My PAN is AAAPR 4618 M. I have been given a refund of Rs 26430/- for the assessment year 09. On verification of the refund status in computer, I was informed that the refund was credited to my bank account on JUN 30. Mode of payment was shown as ECS and reference no. shown as 1052743854.

I have not received the said refund in my account no.1858 0100 0049 29 (old no.6916) at UCO Bank, Patiala House Courts Branch, New Delhi, till date.

Please do the needful so that I receive credit of the refund in my above account
