Reduced call rates not functioning in roaming presently

Dear Sir,

I'm ur airtel-chennai prepaid mobile customer. My mobile no.- 9940630699. Most of my time i.e 95% time i'm in roaming. I've activated ur reduced call rates for roaming in 12-16 dec'09.During these days i've been to other states where i was enjoying with the reduced roaming rates till 23rd of jan'09; but i'm unable to enjoy the same. presently i'm in karnataka. Now i've make outgoing/incomming calls for 1.50/1.00 Rs./min. In earliar mail i've forgotten to mention my mobile no. sorry for that inconvience.

Please do the needful at the earliest as most of the time i'm in roaming
