I, Sampath. M.S using the Airtel connection having the no 9895591143, has a complaint about ur balance cutting. From last November, i am suffering this. The last time u cutdown my balance is on 20th Feb.
Till now, u cutdown my balance for 5 times. Each month when i am recharging 15 Rs is cutting. Customer care executives said that it was for activating the VAS pack. After the third time, i had deactivated the VAS. But again the next month the same thing happen.
Now at last, in Feb when they cut the 15Rs again, i called the custmr care. Then they said that it was for using GPRS and downloading the ringtone. But from past 2months i am not able to use the GPRS bcoz of low balance. Then how can i download ringtone? I think it wil be the mistake of any network.
So i humbly request u to take the necessary action for this
