My home town is in kerala. There the telephone code is 0479. Am working in Chennai. And my mobile number is 9944227447 which is Airtel. From this number i am not able to call any of the number starts with 0479 code, it gives the response as "All the line to this route is busy". If you try calling 25 times you will get once. But in real time, it wont even connect at all. And its not my number's problem. And its not the problem of destination number, because its not for one particular number, its all the number coming under that std code. The same problem persist for all the Airtel customers in TamilNadu. When trying those number from other operators, its working nicely. This problem i am facing from october in between i have given10 complaints through customer care. But those fucking people don even understand what the problem is. Airtel provides the best mobile services in india, but it have the most worst customer care and back end people i have ever seen.
