Complaint against illigal Factory running in Residental Area

I am leaving in Nehru Vihar A Block, Karawal Nagar Road, Delhi-110094, there is running illigal factory at A-2/123, Nehru Vihar, Karawal Nagar Road in name of Lalu Khari in our residental area. the factory is creating so much noise & vibration and the owner behaviour is also very bad.

Kindly do the needful.
