Network problem

Dear sir

I am Anish kumr rai, a Post Paid mobile User of Airtel since last 3year.

I want to tell you that, There is network problem in my house in phone from last 8month.

Due to complaint, after 4-5 month a engineer surey to my home and my Nearest Tower

Then he got any problem in Tower but I could not got any proper solution. please give the solution as possible.

Sorry at present I can not provide complaint no. because massege has deleted.
