Balance cut

Dear Sir, my name is Suman Ghosh and I'm a retailer of Airtel. My Airtel number is 9933439426. Sir, on 24th January I recharged for talktime balance with Rs.20 and I got Rs.15.13 balance and my mobile balance became Rs.15.29 . Next day morning, I checked my balance, it was only Rs.0.29 balance left. I called my dealer help line and they excused some kind of value added pack which I never activated. Sir, my request is please give me my money back. Thank you
