Dear Sir / Madam,
I am using Airtel Mobile Phone Services for the last 6 Years. During the past three years, I am not getting the signal in my home. I have made number of complaints to Airtel thru' customer care centre but no result.
Recently, I have opted (on 25th jan) for MNP (Mobile Number Portability) and wanted to switch over to Vodafone. Immediately, there were number of calls from Airtel - promising me that my problem will be solved soon. But, I sticked to my decision to switch over and made it clear.
In spite of that, they have rejected my request for MNP stating some contractual and CUG Plan obligations. I also tried to get clarification from Vodafone Customer care but they all are confusing and bleming to each other. I am mentally upset and I feel that I am being harrased by this Service Provider.
