I have just used the mobile No portability. for swiching from old subscriber (reliance CDMA) to Airtel prepaid. Swiching has happend siccessfully since last tuesday. After that i am not able to rechange my no. I used the following method.
1.by using Mcheck facility:
it is giving me the error message that "recharge is only allowed for a valid airtel prepaid number".
2. I have tried to multiple rechage by some shopkeepes: I am getting the error message
"recharge no successful on your mobile. Transaction Id 1228190250 Dated 11-02 at 12.19PM.
"recharge no successful on your mobile. Transaction Id 1228194120 Dated 11-02 at 12.19PM.
I am not getting any help after talking with paid customer care. Once guys called and told that problem is resolved but it was a false commitment.
I am havily stuck at present. becasue i am not able to call anybody.
