Activation of services without request

I have an airtel sim (Mobile no. 9967294130). I haven't called or messaged from it from the last two months. But airtel has been activating services like "Baba Ramdev Pack", "Viacom18" and "Jokes Pack" thereby deducting my balance. I had not requested for any of these services.

And even though i deactivated these services, they activated it again... reducing my balance from ~Rs.85 to Rs.0 .

please take strict action against airtel services and help me to get my money back (refund).
