Hello,
Airtel people took away our stb and remote telling that we will change it and give new latest stb in 3 days as its good to change stb every 6 months and they will do that for every customer.a lady called us from the no.040-40155376.on the fouth day i've called this no. they are not lifting our call.and when i called customer care they are telling i've requested for disconnection so they have taken away our stb in that way.
